Kari earned a BS in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Since her purchase of the company in 1992, Kari has provided strong leadership and direction for the company. Prior to 1992 she was employed with Ingersoll Rand Company in Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC. While attending college, she worked on various road and bridge construction projects for Sweetman Construction Co.
Kari is an active industry advocate and spokesperson. She was president of the Associated General Contractors of South Dakota in 2004. She has been an AGC of South Dakota board member since 1998. She currently represents the State of South Dakota as a National Director to the AGC of America. |

| AliceAnn Krantz, Vice President, Estimating |

AliceAnn earned an AAS in Civil Engineering Technology from Southeast Technical Institute. AliceAnn’s employment with Buskerud began in 1993 as a laborer and truck driver. In 1996 she was promoted to Field Supervisor directly supervising several projects including an additional 9 holes on the Dells Rocky Run Golf Course.
In 2000, AliceAnn advanced to become a Project Manager/Estimator and in 2009 Vice President of Estimating and is now responsible for all projects bid and quoted. Prior to coming to work at Buskerud, she worked for Sweetman Const. Co. on various road construction projects. AliceAnn is a certified Erosion Control Specialist with SDDOT and MnDOT. |

| Dean Herll, Vice President Construction |

Dean earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dean’s employment with Buskerud Construction started in 1996 as Project Manager and Estimator. Dean is currently responsible for overseeing all of the company’s construction operations.
Dean was instrumental in the company’s largest contract as a subcontractor on the first ever design-build project for the SDDOT in Sioux Falls on I-229. This project was with the joint venture of Gilbert Central and Parsons Engineering and involved significant scheduling, design assistance, creativity and dedication. Prior to working for Buskerud Construction he worked for Sweetman Const. Co. as an Estimator in the Rapid City Office. |

| Eric A. Thompson, Vice President Construction |

Eric graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in December of 1993 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He began his employment as Vice President with Buskerud Construction, Inc. upon the purchase of Terin Corp. in March of 2009. Eric began his career as a Project Manager/Estimator for Sweetman Const. Co., Inc. in January of 1994. He continued his career with Terin Corp. upon its inception in 1996 as Project Manager/Estimator before being promoted to President.
Eric’s main focus is on concrete paving, curb and gutter and sidewalk. Buskerud Construction performs both as a prime contractor and a subcontractor. |

| Jeffrey D. Haas, Project Manager |

Jeff Haas earned an AAS in Civil Engineering Technology from Southeast Technical Institute, and a BS in Construction Management from South Dakota State University in 2002. Jeff began his career at Werner Construction Company in Hastings, NE as a superintendant. He came to Buskerud Construction with the acquisition of Terin Corp, in the spring of 2009. Jeff serves as Project Manager and specializes in concrete paving. |

| Blake Harms, Project Manager
Blake Harms joined Buskerud Construction in 2011 as a project manager. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Blake came to us with previous experience with Wells Concrete Products as a field engineer. |

| Elaine Hammer, CFO |

Elaine earned a BS in Accounting from Sioux Falls College and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of South Dakota. Elaine began working for Buskerud Construction in 1999 as Personnel Administrator on a part-time basis. She began working full-time for the Company in 2000. She is currently CFO and handles the Human Resources functions for the Company. In addition, Elaine utilizes her considerable knowledge and experience in information systems to help design reports and streamline our system processes. |

| Melissa Prouty, Contract Administrator |
| Melissa earned a BS degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University. Prior to graduating from SDSU, Melissa did an internship with Buskerud Construction where she worked with job budgets and updated plans for residential and highway construction projects.
After receiving her degree, Melissa spent a year working as a commercial construction estimator for Adolfson & Peterson Construction Inc. in Aurora, CO. In October 2007, she returned to Buskerud Construction working as an Estimator/Project Manager. Currently Melissa’s main focus is Contract Administration and Accounts Receivable. |

| Keith Miller, Fleet Manager |

Keith has been employed with Buskerud Construction since 1998. He is responsible for all equipment and vehicle purchasing, repairs and maintenance. Keith has an extensive background in the maintenance field, from farm equipment to 14 years of industrial maintenance experience. He has attended training seminars and conferences in Las Vegas, Baltimore and Seattle. Keith plans to pursue the Certified Equipment Management degree. |
